1. Definitions

“Altejwaal Travel & Tourism” (“the Company”, “we”) is a Saudi establishment based in Riyadh. “Customer” means anyone using altejwaal.com or requesting our services.

2. Services

We provide hotel and accommodation bookings, flight tickets, visa assistance, Hajj and Umrah programs through licensed providers, holiday packages and other travel services. We act as an intermediary between the customer and service providers (airlines, hotels, government authorities, etc.); each service is also subject to its provider’s terms.

3. Prices

  • All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
  • Prices shown on the website are indicative “starting from” prices and vary by availability and dates, number of travellers and service type.
  • The final price is confirmed to the customer in writing by our sales team before payment, including 15% VAT where applicable.

4. Request and booking process

  1. The customer selects a service or package and reviews the policies.
  2. The customer submits contact details (name, mobile, email, dates, number of travellers).
  3. Our sales team contacts the customer to understand their needs and issue a final quote.
  4. After the customer accepts, payment is made. A booking is confirmed only after payment is received and the provider issues a confirmation.

5. Payment

Payments are made online by debit/credit card through the secure Paymob payment gateway (subject to the methods the gateway supports). We do not store card details on our servers. A receipt / tax invoice is issued for every payment.

6. Customer responsibilities

  • Accuracy of the information provided; names must match passport/ID.
  • Valid passport, health and entry requirements for the destination.
  • Compliance with travel times and provider rules.

7. Visas

Visa decisions rest solely with the competent authority; our role is limited to preparing and following up the application. Government visa fees are non-refundable if refused.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Governed by our published Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

The Company is not liable for delays, cancellations or changes made by service providers or due to force majeure, but will make reasonable efforts to help the customer find alternatives or claim their rights from the provider.

10. Intellectual property

All website content belongs to the Company and may not be copied without permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and the Personal Data Protection Law; the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction.
